Asutsitrail offers the following Returns Policy: SHIPPING AND INSURANCE Most packages will be mailed through USPS Priority and First Class. However, we will always try to ship the cheapest rate for you, which could include UPS. Please feel free to ask about other shipping methods, as our methods are not set in stone. We reserve the right to ship packages signature required for your protection. Please let us know if this is a problem. We mail our items out 2-3 times per week. Insurance is optional even though highly recommended. We will package your new adventure gear with extreme care and responsibility. We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. However, we will gladly work with insured items if there should be a problem. We highly recommend that International shipments be insured. Please understand we have no control over how long it will take to get your package to you. RETURNS Your satisfaction is our aim! We are very confident in the quality of our products and want you to be excited and looking forward to your purchase. However, for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 7 business days for a full refund minus return shipping.Backorder items: If an item is backordered you will be notified within 24 hours!
